Can some one please tell me what this is? And how do I get rid of it. Tiny bumps on my forehead and chin that won't go away, and pimples on my shoulders and also constant nose pimples. I have tried alot of OTC products and facewashs but nothing seem to work. It's been 2 years of constant trying :cry...
