Mirreille sorry but i have to question where you have your information from .I have had Fibro since I was 12 and am now 55. I have followed all research into Fibro and there is still no conclusive answer . I also have Primary hypothyroidism and there is a definite link between Fibro and Thyroid but ...

Could one of the Drs explain to me why with Hypothyroidism I have terrible problems falling asleep .
I am on 125 /100 alternate days Thyroxine and my last TSH was 1.8 . I take my meds first thing
on waking and wait at least an hour before eating or drinking ,

I'm afraid Ipman I only know my TSH which was 1.8 5weeks ago this was after a reduction. My labs will not do anything other than TSH even though my Gp has requested

I was wondering if one of the Drs could explain the internal tremblings that a lot of us experience .

Thankyou for your reply Dr .I already follow most of your advice .I am not on any other meds and always take my thyroxine first thing on waking and at least an hour before food or drink .I aslo avoid food that may interfere with absorbtion. I never forget to take my meds they are at the side of the ...
