Re: Why are people "just left"

Talk Health Thank you for responding, however, I would take issue with some of your comments, I do not see myself as having had a rant but I have asked why the experts have been ignoring me and failing me yet again. I don't understand why you keep removing my posts and it seems to me that you do not...

Why are you failing us again?

I suspect you will censor or remove my post yet again - with no explanation but this is the last day to ask you anything so I am trying once again. Dear experts When I found this forum I posted some question asking why Endocrinologists have failed their patients. I am a long standing thyroid patient...

Re: Why are people "just left"

All of my posts are being deleted and I have no access to private messages, I will be contacting the press if this continues. I am really distressed by this forum - at least have the common courtesy to tell me why you are stopping my posts.

Re: Why are people "just left"

The same reason they are stopping my posts, refusing to answer any question I have posted and refusing to tell me why. I had huge hopes for this forum and did not expect unfairness, lack of caring and the sort of behaviour that has been displayed here. People are just left because the experts don't ...

Please help me with my thyroid problem

Please stop closing this forum and please respond to the patients on here desperate for help. I was persuaded by my Endocrinologist to stop taking my thyroid medication last year and now I feel so ill I am in tears as I write this. I have a very long standing thyroid problem that dates back to my ch...

Re: Need advise re my thyroid

Thank you so much for your help in this, I have a doctors appointment in February and will discuss this with him (my GP is lovely but doesn't know about difficult thyroid cases, he will listen to this I am sure). I have a number of symptoms that have suggested Cushings and I have been tested for thi...

Re: Need advise re my thyroid

Are you absolutely sure? my Endo has said nothing about Hashi's - merely that I do not have a thyroid condition, OMG, I thought Hashi's was swinging between hyper and hypo, I don't go hyper (to be totally honest I preferred life when I was hyper to how it is now it's hypo!) I clearly need to educate...

Re: Need advise re my thyroid

Thank you, yes I have just joined TPA and am really hoping they will be able to help me get it right, I feel a bit stupid because I've lived with this since I was 10 and I should have known better, I should also have known not to put my faith in the NHS to help me. I was aware of TPA before but the ...

Re: DIET

After years and years of trying to work thing out I too have discovered that very low carb is the best diet to be on in terms of health and well being. Despite years of serious dieting and very serious exercise my body just continues to swell and my muscle tone is virtually non - existant (odd for s...

Re: Need advise re my thyroid

Thank you so much for your reply - I suffer from Hashi's? no-one has ever said or agreed that I even have an ongoing thyroid problem let alone Hashi's. Why did I listen to the Endo? she was very persuasive and the changes to my body which include hair loss (body and head) changes in skin and nails, ...
