I'm left with horrible red scars from where my skin has been bad for the past couple of years and was wondering whether anyone knows of anything that will in time get rid of them?

I've been with my boyfriend almost three years, and it doesn't bother him at all. & with previous people I have been with, it never seemed to freak anyone out. All it is to anyone else is a skin condition x

I've only just recently came out of hospital and I don't have any Eczema on me left at all, except annoying scars from where I've previously scratched and picked. Has anyone else had this problem? And how did you get rid of them? Thanks
