I'm 51 I'm having irregular periods and huge mood swings, if I start on HRT will the hormone replacement not prolong me having PMT my mood is horrendous. Please help me decide what I should do for the best go through the menopause and hope I no longer get PMT when it's all over, or start on HRT???
