Hello, I am allergic to nickel both to touch and ingest. I was curious if others are also on a low-nickel diet and if they have any menu/recipe tips? I feel so limited on what I can eat, avoiding many vegetables and foods that I used to eat. I do not feel like I am getting the nutrients my body need...

Hi Polly, I would definitely get an allergy test for the metals. It would be good to know what metals you are truly allergic to and be able to avoid. I personally am allergic to nickel, not just touching but also in food, so have to be on a low-nickel diet which is no fun, but has improved my health...
