DLA application
I applied for DLA mostly mobility side back in March but as then was only DX with fibro and consequently was turned down. I have since also been dx with CFS in June and have a wonderful letter from the neuro to support this. My mobility and in fact ability to do much has definatly decreased and sinc...

Re: Shaking first thing in the morning
That sounds all to familiar. When I'm tired I get the shaking feeling throughout body but nobody can see from outside. I wake in the morning and my arms and legs have that internal shaking feel in which takes me about half hr to get out ta bed. The breathing side is more faster breathing but as u sa...

Re: Lost my balance
Housemouse, I understand what u say. I didn't remember til u said about the doorways and walls which I tend to brush along, bang into cupboards and then wonder where all those bruises came from. Re: Pain medication
I found pregabalin much better than gabapentin. Also magnesium malate is a great pain reliever. Can you please tell me what is the difference between the two Gabapentin and pregabalin? I've been on 2700mg dose per day and the neuro advised changing to pregabalin but apparently my gp said no she cco...

Re: Lost my balance
Yep I sympathise as its a nightmare this balance issue. Half the time I feel drunk (don't drink) and half the time I feel like I've been on a roundabout and got off too quick. I hate the feeling when I'm say eating or watching TV and everything around me is moving but I feel like I'm in a time zone ...

Re: ME vs. MS
I understand the overlap between these two conditions. Although I was diagnosed with fibro in 2011 had previous history of symptoms. However insisted I saw neuro when condition became worse and initially he agreed and performed an MRI in Feb 2013 which came back clear. He then became `yoour wasting ...
