Hi I work with children and I'm forever having to wash my hands with messy play etc but this has recently started to make my eczema worse and I'm scratching more than normal, can you suggest what I can do to help , thanks

I'm fed up with blackheads on my nose and chin area , how can I get rid of them, even makeup doesn't cover them ?
