Sebaceous Hyperplasia
I have lived with this for a number of years. (I am 50) The only treatment I have read about that works is laser treatment, but this can leave scars. Can anyone tell me if there are alternative treatments, and also how to avoid more developing?

I am 50 and my periods have practically stopped but I still get some mild cramping each month when my period would have been due. Is this normal?
