I have a urinary stoma following a cystectomy in 2010. Because of kidney problems I had stents fitted to the kidneys/stoma earlier this year. How often should these be changed? I have pain over the top of my pubic bone which my GP thinks are abdominal adhesions following a radical cystectomy in 2010.and says there is nothing to be done about these. A further op might well cause more adhesions. The pain is definitely affected by passing motions. Any ideas?
