What to wear

Does anyone else have the problem of knowing what to wear at night. I start off wearing pjs and I end up having to remove them because I become so uncomfortable. I could do with some tips on what and not what to wear please - thanks.

I take vitamin D for my bones because I too am worried about that. I am currently researching other products: I shall let you know how I get on.

Re: Hot Flushes

I have started to have hot flushes, mainly a week before and after my period and of course during. I have started to wear lighter weight clothing in bed which helps and I also keep a wet flannel next to my bed: I have found by not making the flannel too cold helps as well. When I have a hot flush at...

Re: Weight and the Menopause

Hi, I have started to avoid caffeinated and fizzy drinks as they make me feel very bloated - this is certainly keeping my weight down and making me feel less fat too. Re: Bursting for the loo

Yes, I find that I too am bursting for the loo these days however I have put it down to the fact that I am drinking more fluid now that I am in my menopausal years. I seem to have the need to look after myself a bit more. I am considering seeking advice from my GP to see whether there is any herbal ...

Re: Aging since the menopause

I have noticed that my skin around my lips seems to have more lines: I like to think they are from laughing too much but unfortunately I think it is because I am aging due to me entering menopause. I have decided to invest in a good skincare regime and hope that will keep my skin younger looking.

Re: Relationships and the Menopause

Hi, I am struggling with my mood swings at the moment, I flew off the handle twice over the weekend. I felt terrible afterwards. My husband is very understanding though because I have been talking to him about how I am feeling and the changes that are happening to me. Sexually we are not overly acti...

Re: Clumsiness

Hi this is a symptom for me too so don't worry there is two of us now. In fact I have always been a bit clumsy during period time any way so for me it is not different: I am hoping that I shall stop being clumsy.
