I'm suffering from cracks on my fingers and, particularly, thumbs. I used to get cracks on my heels but now prevent these by applying skin cream after my bath. My hands, however, are constantly exposed to air, water, etc. and the cracks which develop are slow to heal (and very painful!). Can you rec...
