My husband and I both do gentle stretching exercises which helps with stiffness. Water aquarobics used to help me however we both have to do gentle version of this when we get access to a quiet swimming pool. Best of luck!

Has anyone been prescribed this treatment? Consultant has suggested this instead of abatacept but there are apparently cost implications!
Also any thoughts on tramadol and the effects on the digestive system? High fibre diet and drinking prune juice don't seem to help....

Haven't heard of template biopsy??
Will let sons know at what age to ask for PSA test.
Hopefully when grandsons reach that age research will perhaps make that not necessary....
