Hello, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO): Are all NHS gastroenterologists familiar with treating SIBO with the recommended antibiotics? I've only found a few gastroenterologists that list SIBO as a specialist interest. I know it's not a well known condition. I'm nervous to see any gastroe...

Saggy skin

Having lost 2 stone due to illness at mid life, skin has gone saggy, which is a bit depressing. Will it fill back out again once a little weight is put back on?Thanks

Hi, Used to have high oestrogen and heavy periods - had hormones tested. Treated with natural supplements. Now oestrogen has got a bit too low = 8.6 ng / mg Total oestrogen. Periods are now irregular and light. As oestrogen is now 'artificially ' low, will I be able to tell when I've entered peri-me...

Hi, Diagnosed with SIBO and iGA gliadin, and a number of IgG food intolerances. Itching with food has got worse with SIBO - some itching with all food. Once SIBO resolved, will my itching improve naturally? Or will I need some additional form of treatment? I've been avoiding the worst foods for many...

With SIBO worsening, my itching has increa...

Restless Legs Syndrome

Hi. I have RLS. This has eased with increasing my iron levels (recommended by a specialist). However, since reaching the recommended iron levels and stopping the tablets, my symptoms are returning a bit. This can affect my sleep. Do you know whether there's any research that there's a psychological ...

Forehead milia

Hi. I get regular milia on my forehead, particularly on the right side, and in the hairline. Do you know what this area means? I find retinol cream (off the shelf) keeps them at bay. Is this the best solution?
