I'm a 43 year old woman and it's becoming extremely embarrassing how incontinent I am. If I don't get to the toilet immediately I have accidents. I've even woke up wet in the night. I am overweight and trying to loose weight and I have Fibromalgia. Can anyone give me some advice?
