Hi there l cannot use E45 as it made me have a major flare up. There used to be athing called parabens in E45 and it seemed to cause me great trouble. It would be good to maybe try another emollient. Hi eczema baby and up to about 2, then wee patches age 15/ 16 exam times, age 18 patches here and there then age 23/24 bang disaster for a long number of years, now over 40 and still managing it as best l can, see my other posts. The medical term for the scars is lichenification. l must say my scars on wrists neck and feet have faded over the years. l do not know if there is any quick fix for the scarring as l have never tried anything.
