Is there a difference between eczema and rosacea or are they one and the same?

Does anyone drink coffee here, and if so what brand(s) do you recommend for eczema sufferers? I've read that it's not the coffee that may worsen eczema but the toxin that's contained in it.

I usually have Nescafe but am looking for an alternative. Thanks.
