Hi
I'm 54 and just nearing the end of all the menopausal problems. Tiredness and exhaustion has been the hardest one to deal with. I would often (and still occasionally do) take a nap in the afternoon/early evening just to keep going. The fluctuating hormones really put your body through it's paces.

I thought and hoped that my periods were on the way out (one small bleed every few months or so) but for the last four months I have had a bleed every 10 days or so. Oddly enough my doctor suggested that I DID NOT go onto HRT unless I absolutely had to/wanted to and was quite happy for me to try complementary treatments.
