Re: non stain but effective suncream
It's often avobenzones that stain clothes. I don't think we can mention brands here but if you search on line you should be able to find a few avobezone-free sun screens

Re: One day sun creams
You make a good point. All day sunscreens only provide real protection if they actually stay on the skin. In practice when many people put sunscreen on they are quite active outdoors and the cream really stays on for the whole day. Therefore I think such falls sense of protection

Re: Deep line or crease on forehead
Great answer from Dr Mahto which I totally agree with. Botulinum toxin and fillers are probably the most effective treatments. In addition to this fractional lasers and retinoids can help with fine lines and can also slow down recurrence of treated creases.

Re: Brown spots on face
A very full and informative answer from Dr Mahto. I fully agree with her. Sunscreen is essential. The other treatments can be very effective depending on the exact nature of pigmentation but are best done after pregnancy

Re: internal /external skin nutrition
Great advice from Dr Singh. In addition to this retinoids such as retinol or retinoic acid have been shown to be effective. There is some evidence that other antioxidants such as co enzyme Q10 and niacinamide have anti ageing properties. A board certified consultant dermatologist with an interest in...

However there are many others which have been proven to be effective and there are some even more efffective. Fractionated lasers...

Re: Scalp psoriasis and hair loss
That's a great response fro Dr Mahto. Her suggestions will work in the vast majority of cases. Very occasionally people need to go on to tablet treatment but this is unusual for psoriasis localised just to the scalp

Re: Psoriasis?
Sorry to here that you are suffering. The condition you have might well be psoriasis. However I think you should ideally see a consultant dermatologist as there other conditions which can cause a similar rash. For example a less common condition called Pitaryasis Lichenoides Chronica is a less commo...

Re: Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis
A very good point. It is important to diagnose psoratic arthritis early so that it can be monitored and treated before erosive joint disease occurs.
