Needing to pee more

I have recently started having to go to the loo more - particularly during the night, even when I haven't drunk much prior to going to bed.

Is this something that I should be concerned about or is it just an age thing? I'm only 43!

Older treatments better?

On behalf of our guest visitor, Rosemary: For some years now my husband and best friend have been using Ellimans Liniment to rub into their arthritic joints and this has helped more than any of the (expensive) products prescribed by their doctors. We now find that this very old British product has b...

How can I get help?

On behalf of our guest visitor, Desiree: I have been telling my GP that my pain around the left knee has been really painful. It is a constant pain and I find it difficult to stretch my leg/knee. I find it hard to bring my leg to the bed and to swirl it around to get up and I find it very hard to go...

Pain reduction expectations?

On behalf of our guest visitor, Jeni: I was told by my Chronic Pain Clinic practitioner that a 20% reduction in chronic pain from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis was a good result. Surely in this age of modern analgesics and better understanding of the pain process, we should be aiming for 100%, is ...
