Re: Eczema - What worked for me after 2years of trial and error

Brilliant post, Gadzometer.

I second it 100%. I think everyone should read it and take stock. I don't have eczema myself, but would use your advice if I did. And I am sure many people will be grateful for your efforts with writing your post.

Thank you, again.

Re: Loose weight with minimum effort

Noom is meant to be a good diet programme. It claims to teach you how to eat right. Instead of drinking two shakes a day and eating a dinner at night, the programme shows you how to actually educate yourself about cooking, food and nutrition. I think it is a great concept. Because losing weight does...

Re: Is my doxycycline treatment long enough?

I'd say you will have to ring your doctor after a month and get a repeat prescription. Since you've only been given a month's worth and your doctor said you needed 2 to 3 months of said treatment. I do hope I've helped. Definitely phone up your doctor at the end of the month and get a repeat prescri...

Re: Importance of Skin Care

I love my skincare routine. I don't use peels or laser treatments or expensive salon treatments, though. I just use beautiful facial washes and face cream. In fact, I LOVE face cream. Plus, it keeps your skin youthful and radiant. My favourite skincare brand is Nivea. I also love Simple and various ...

Re: What does arthritic pain feel like

I get slight pains in my right knee, but don't have arthritis. However, I am vigiliant about aches and pains. Because if there is constant pain, there is a problem. I am over 40 years old, so am now coming to accept my body is not as agile as it was. But I keep active and will report any pains in my...

Re: Chronic Arthritis Knee pain

I don't have arthritis, but can only imagine the pain it brings. I think it can be managed: but not cured. I do hope everyone on here gets the treatment they need. I can't comment any further because I know so little about arthritis. But - I will say - the TalkingHealth post above has very useful in...

Re: How Can Seniors Live to Be 100?

By not smoking, having regular healthcare, keeping active throughout their young life, not drinking heavily or abusing drugs, eating a healthy diet... the list goes on. There are mental reasons, too: having good mental health, having good self esteem, being confident, loving life, keeping busy, bein...

Re: Loss weight

I'd say - from experience - exercise is the key to losing weight. These are the activities I do:

1. Tai Chi daily
2. Walking a lot
3. Exercise bike daily
4. Step ups daily

It is all worth doing. I may not have joined a gym, but I keep active.

Re: Keep Your Sleep Cycle on Track

Thank you for your informative post, buydiazepamonline. Getting enough sleep is vital to physical health and mental health. Sleep helps the brain function to its highest capacity in the daytime. There was a study that looked into the impact of pulling all-nighters. Needless to say, the participants ...
