Women's Oral Health Tips

There are a lot of things that people do to look after their teeth. Do you women have any DIY at home tips and tricks to keeping your teeth healthy, white and lipstick free?

One can add baking soda in toothpaste twice a week to get rid of breathing odor and that will also help in whitening one's teeth.

Baking Soda won't bleach your teeth, but it will help get plaque off and make them shine. Be warned that Baking Soda is an abrasive and if you use it too much, the enamel on your teeth can get damaged.

Brush twice each day.
Floss at least once per day.
Rinse with a nonalcoholic mouthwash every day.
Chew gum after meals.
Change your toothbrush 3 or 4 times per year.
Avoid artificially sweetened foods and drinks.
If you play sports, wear a mouth guard.

Women are more prone to diseases hence, the food you eat should be clean. Diet is the most important part of a healthy lifestyle.
Regular exercise should also be in the daily routine.
Try to smile more and take less stress.

Activated charcoal is very effective for teeth whitening.
