What to wear

Does anyone else have the problem of knowing what to wear at night. I start off wearing pjs and I end up having to remove them because I become so uncomfortable. I could do with some tips on what and not what to wear please - thanks.

For the last few months i've been going to bed naked, I still get warm and have to throw the covers off and turn on my ceiling fan until I cool off, then I get freezing cold, it's a no win battle!
