Arthritis medication reacts with the stomach

Have there been many changes in the way Arthritis medication reacts with the stomach? I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was a young child, but I could not take the tablets, as this would make my stomach bleed. I am the same with Aspirin.

there are any new drugs on the market, some of which can be given by syrup, other by injection.
