Vitiligo
Hi, I know vitiligo is an auto immune disease. I also have an under active thyroid and diabetes type 1 which are also auto immune diseases. Does it follow that I will continue to get further auto immune diseases? If so, what may these be?
My sister has vitiligo also but does not have anything else. Is she susceptible to anything else?

Re: Vitiligo
Thank you for your question. A risk to develop other autoimmune conditions like psoriasis or ulcerative colitis would be very small. Similarly there is very little risk that your sister will develop would develop them.
I hope this is helpful.
