ED and Penile Health

I had a Radical Robotic Prostatcectomy in 2016 and since then have suffered from erectile dysfunction. Have tried all suggested methods (except injections) to get and maintain an erection, the only real success being with the SomaErect Vacuum Pump. However, even with this, using two tension rings. I am unable to hold an erection hard enough to gain penetration for sex. My specialist nurse and the SomaErect handbook say that for penile health I should use the vacuum pump several times a week to get blood into my penis. I use this on average once a week but I would like to ask what will happen if I stop using it altogether? What effect is this lack of blood into my penis going to have?

Re: ED and Penile Health

Hi after prostate cancer surgery very important to do this penile rehab . Need to ensure blood is getting into the penis. If you don’t do this erections will not improve .. the usual management options are
Medications like viagra or cialis .
Penile vacuum pumps
Caverject injections into the penis
And finally penile prosthesis
