PSA test
Last year l had a PSA test which registered 3, when is it advisable to have a repeat test. l do have an enlarged prostate and l am 66 years old. Thanks Hywell

You should have a PSA every year if borderline like that level is .
if over 3 then a urology referral and MRI scan might reassure you.
The bigger the prostate the more PSA it will naturally make
