I used to suffer all over with eczema in my teens and now years on it’s on my hands and nothing I try helps. I’ve tried hundreds of steroid creams, ointments, moisturisers, cotton gloves, antibiotics and steroid tablets and I’m at a loss. Do you have any suggestions at all please?

Re: Help

I am so sorry about your hand dermatitis! It looks very sore and painful!

If topical treatments do not help the next line of treatment would be Toctino an oral medication. You may also benefit from a patch testing allergy test. Your dermatologist can arrange and supervise both.

I hope this is helpful.
