Lightening strikes
Hello
Does anyone know about "lightening strikes"?
I'm alseep, and suddenly, I'll get a bolt of lightning down my body, and I'll leave the bed by inches, my whole body.
Some times it's just an arm or leg, but mostly it'll be a whole body experience.
I do have back issues, and several compressed n bulging disc.
Would love to know why, and if possible to stop it, it hurts and wakes me.
I have osa, with upto 500 episodes a night, so sleep ain't great, and with the constant pain from my back and other joints riddled with osteoarthritis.

Re: Lightening strikes
I suspect that your sleep apnoea coupled with your back pain may be the cause of your problems, ensuring that your OSA is adequately treated and discussing how pain can affect your sleep with your Doctor, and possible remedies for this, may help
