Vagina a mass of scar tissue

Due to radiotherapy following a hysterectomy back in 1985 my vagina is a mess. I am unable to have sex as it’s far too painful. I have a constant dribbling of fluid. It is NOT urine because I have a urostomy. I have to wear pads 24/ which makes the skin sore I have two,stomas and short bowel syndrome (1.2 m small bowel). Is there anything I can do, even if it’s just to stop this damn leak

Am really sorry to hear this. Unfortunately there is no easy solution to this that can be written on here. If you have not already been seen by a gynaecologist , your GP should refer you for review.
