Re: acne
Hello, acne can be really troublesome but with simple remedies and skin care you can get rid of them. First of stop using oily skin products because they can increase skin oil. Second regularly wash your face with gentle face wash. This will reduce the acne and in time they will be healed. But if you feeling inflammation and irritation, please visit a skin care specialist.

Hello,
I agree with the very helpful advice given by Mayra above.
I help edit the British Association of Dermatologists patient information leaflets. I wasn't involved with the acne one but you may find it helpful.

Re: acne
I think the best thing to do when addressing acne is to take a multitargeted approach to combating it. This means addressing things like your diet(eating less sugars and carbs and more antioxidants), stress levels, exercise, and appropriate skincare routines(washing face enough, using natural topicals with antibacterial or antioxidant components).
I've found that medications tend not to address the root cause of acne. Instead, it only acts as a temporary fix. I'd recommend trying to stay away from medications as a first line treatment. See how you do with more natural treatments first before considering medications. You can check out my blog in my signature. I have a few articles about different natural treatments that I've found very effective for myself.

Re: acne
I tried all sorts over the years. The best book I have read on the subject is 'Healing Adult Acne' by Richard G Fried MD. I really wish I could have read this book when I was suffering with severe acne in my teens and 20s. It would have
helped me so much.
