It is common for men to have one testicle that is larger than the other. If this has been the case for as long as you can remember, it is likely nothing to worry about.
It is important to examine your testicles regularly so that you get used to feeling what is normal for you. If you notice new changes in the size of the testicle, or the testicle becomes swollen, painful and red then it is important to get it checked out by your GP as there may be an infection.
