Why is my only choice of relief a hysterectomy? I’m on morphine patches and still in agony every month and also the week after! I haven’t responded to Norethisterone unfortunately. Will I go into menopause after the hysterectomy? I am keeping my ovaries but I’ve heard in a lot of cases they need to be removed soon afterwards because they ‘die’. I’m seeing the gynaecologist surgeon in May and it’s quite scary!
