I have had acne since the age of 17 am 36 now nothing I have used has worked Ive had every spot cream gel fash wash. Microneedling derma planning. Chemical peel. nothing works. There holes in my face really deep. Breakouts all the time and The smell of cheese constantly.
Am looking towards laser surgery or any surgery but highly unlikely with the cost. Any tips will be good.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like you have persistent cysts which are discharging, if this is the case it is important to be referred to dermatology for prescription medications to be considered. Although this may not help with the scars, it will help to prevent future scars. For deep scars, there are several treatment options including specific lasers, subcision and dermapen. You would need to see a Dermatologist or Plastic surgeon who specialises in scarring for this I'm afraid.
