Sore on ankle

Hi - I need some help with a sore on my ankle. It doesn't hurt but it's dry.

I have used sudacream, germolene, savalon and recently hydrocortisone 1% but doesn't seem to be healing. It's not got any bigger or smaller.

But do you have any advice to clear it up. I've had it for months not sure how or where it came from, it just appeared.

Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Any skin lesion that appears and does not resolve should be examined, a diagnosis is important. Please do visit your GP.
