if you cant do that. Do some regular exercises. do jogging in early morning, cycling or swimming in the evening, eat more vegetables in dinner and lunch, like make salad for your self 4 to 5 veggies in each salad. take fruits in break fast, Add green tea in your diet after dinner. and lemon juice in your breakfast. and also do one more exercise that's are do workout on on stairs at your home go up and down.
