Understanding Weight Loss
Stress eating from the recession of the past four years has led to an increase in the market of over 200 pounds by 40%. Women still account for over 80% of the weight loss market. And even with the advent of weight loss drugs such as Bleviq and Qysmia, for many hitting the gym and dieting will still be the choice methods for losing weight.

Good post, understanding weight loss is so important for its solution. Weight loss is just burning more calories as compared to eat. Do exercise and healthy diet plan are best tools to maintain body weight.
