Panic Attack

A panic attack is an unexpected event of extreme fear that causes severe physical responses when there is no actual threat or seeming cause. Panic attacks in sleep can be very scary. When panic attacks happen, you might get thoughts of losing control on yourself, having a heart attack or even dying.
