Re: Depression
I can relate to what you're saying. When I was jobless, I struggled with depression too. It felt like I was stuck in this endless cycle of self-doubt and hopelessness. I’d cry a lot, wondering why I couldn’t get it together, why I wasn’t able to memorize things like before, and why getting a job felt impossible. It’s like the more I tried to shake it off, the more it clung to me. Talking about it was hard because it seemed like nobody really got how much it messed with my head. Even well-meaning health specialists couldn’t always grasp how it affected every little part of my life. You’re definitely not alone in feeling this way. It’s tough to open up, but sometimes just sharing your story with others who’ve been there can be a relief. There’s a certain comfort in knowing that someone else out there really understands, even if it’s just a little.MaxMax123 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 13, 2014 5:07 pmI have suffered from depression for many years. I find it hard to talk to people about it, I have seen many Health Specialists over the years, but unless you have suffered yourself I don't think you're able to understand the way depression eats away at your brain. Does anyone else out there feel te same or have an opinion. Love to hear it!

Re: Depression
I appreciate you sharing that suggestion. I actually did try hypnotherapy a while back, and I have to say, it really made a difference for me. I was skeptical at first, but after a few sessions, I started to notice a shift. It helped me feel calmer and less stuck in that heavy feeling. It’s definitely not a quick fix, but it felt like it gave me the extra push I needed to start healing. I went to BrainPower Wellness Institute[/https://bpwimh.com/] and they were great. They offer treatment for a range of mental health issues, and I found their approach really supportive. If someone’s considering hypnotherapy, I’d definitely say it’s worth a try especially with the right guidance. It worked for me, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance.matthewtweedie wrote: ↑Fri Jul 06, 2018 5:52 amDo you try hypnotherapy to overcome depression? if not then try few sessions of it, you will surely see difference in you......one of my friend was in same condition as you are in. He tried hypnotherapy and now he is absolutely fine.
