Small red area on penis head

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help?

I have this small reddish circle on the head of my penis (I am circumcised). I think it’s been there for months but sure (could be longer).

It’s not itchy
It’s not bumpy
It’s not raised

It just looks like a discolourment.

It’s not syphilis as I got tested for that and also a few months ago I was diagnosed (clear now after surgery) testicular cancer. The Dr’s therefore have seen it on a number of occasions but didn’t alert me.

It gets a little more “prominent” after sex or ejaculation, however, it goes back to normal shortly after.

Just wondering what it could be?

I am not a doctor, but if you haven’t had one before, go to him. Maybe to another specialist
