Masterbation headache

Good evening.

Lately i have been using spit as a lubricant during masterbation after going dry for years. It does highten the expreience but lately it gives me an intense headache whenever i do it for some reason. Now it may be a coincidence but whenever i masterbate dry i dont get the same headache. This wasn't a problem until a week ago. Sorry for such a strange question

I've had this in the past and it was due to dehydration (had it confirmed by my doctor who gave me something that was supposed to help process water better but I ended up just drinking a lot more water and she was right, no more pain!). I'm not a doctor but just had a similar symptom.
