Erection problem

Hello everyone, here are my stories and problems ... A little less than 5 months ago, I noticed that somehow my erection was getting worse during masturbation, I even managed to ejaculate with half an erection, and the full one was very difficult to achieve, I soon started to feel and some awkward burning on the top and as if everything is hypersensitive ... I found the girl with her I get a full erection (as soon as she takes it into her own hands) but still that burning and redness makes me very uncomfortable feeling and I got to ejaculation faster than usual and as if in a moment before intercourse, the erection weakens when I am just about to cum, but when she masturbates then everything is normal... I took 2-3 times 10mg Cialis and then everything be it right, with of course a much shorter pause between "rounds", I felt this burning sensation, but I didn't mind anymore ... I recently cut off that relationship for some other reasons ... I went to the doctor and it turned out that this was some small an infection that passed after antibiotics, then i went to a urologist who is a family friend of my family and very good in profession, told him half a story, interrupted me, looked me quickly and told me that I am healthy, just don't need to think about this at all ... However, by masturbation I do not manage to get a full erection, it just does not respond to my hands anymore, I can still ejaculate with half an erection, with Cialis I get full erection, still need some time but it is full, and I feel that effects 4 days, maybe 5, just 10mg, with the drug, I feel total self-confidence, have no concerns at all... Morning erections or during nap time are always there without exception, but as soon as I take it in hand, it almost starts to fall. .. To mention in periods without a girlfriend, I watched pornography a lot, for years, very often, aggressive, even when there is fatigue so I just can't get the right erection ... I had a 6-year relationship 5 years ago, sex was phenomenal and unforgettable. since then there has been an occasional date with this ex-girl so we always ended with sex, but I had even shorter relationships and hookups, but nothing regular and everything in a very short period, except with the last one, I had frequent sex for 3 months ... I felt a lot of psychological pressure because of all this and generally, it was also a stressful year, emotionally, family, business ... I am 30 years old, in great physical shape, big muscular build, I use vitamin-mineral supplements, no smoker, just 1-2x a week... I have no other health issues at all... Is this maybe a venous leak or prostate problem, low libido or it is psychological...? I'm grateful in advance ...

Re: Erection problem

Mostly men have faced problems with erections from time to time. But some men have erectile dysfunction, or ED. This is when it is hard to get or keep an erection that’s firm enough for sexual intercourse.

If you have ED, you may think that testosterone treatment will help. Testosterone is a male sex hormone. After age 45, men’s levels of testosterone slowly go down and ED becomes more common. But unless you have other signs and symptoms of low testosterone, you should think twice about the treatment. Here’s why:

Testosterone treatment is not necessarily helpful for ED.

Testosterone treatment does not improve erections in men with normal testosterone levels. And studies show that it does not always help men with low testosterone levels if ED is their only symptom.

ED usually has other causes.

ED is usually caused by low blood flow to the penis or a problem with the nerves that control erections. This is a result of other conditions, such as hardening of the arteries, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol or diabetes. These conditions narrow the blood vessels and reduce blood flow to the penis or damage the erectile nerves.

Low testosterone may affect the desire for sex, but it usually does not cause ED.
