Hi there, I have two questions...

Question 1: On an UNCIRCUMCISED Penis, do I have to unroll the ENTIRE condom or just enough to get to the base? I'm asking because I'm 5.5 inches, and I have leftover material within the little rim on the condom. Do I have to roll the foreskin back over the head, which would allow me to continue rolling the rest of the condom down, and then pull the foreskin back once the entire condom is unrolled? (I hope this makes sense!...

Question 2: In the UK, what is the average Penis size in length and girth?
