Ejaculating after erection has gone soft

i have been facing a strange problem for about 3 months now during masturbation.

Firstly, it takes an inordinate amount of continuous stimulation to reach an orgasm - typically around 45 minutes to an hour, even though I am highly aroused. Penis stays mostly erect during the entire time. Secondly, climax occurs with no ejaculation but it feels like a proper orgasm with spasms, extreme feeling of calmness etc. I have to continue stimulating while the erection is going soft to finally ejaculate. It dribbles out with several small spasms. Volume of ejaculate is quite small, and I have to milk the penis for quite some time to get all of the ejaculate out.

Is this something that requires a visit to a urologist?

Thank you for posting on the forum. Please find some information below regarding your issue which could possibly be something called retrograde ejaculation. We would urge you to visit your GP so that they can rule out anything else and perhaps refer you to a specialist.
