Trouble during sex with new partner

Just thought i would let this out. Been going out with a lady since this February. We have been getting on great and having some nice times with day trips and meals out ect. Recently decided to move up to a physical level. Foreplay great, get hard ok no problems. However during intercourse i often lose it and its starting to get a be a problem. We have both decided to put the breaks on this for a short while. I have been on my own for a long while with exception of some casual dating and occasional no frills sex with no real emotional attachment. I kept wondering this may be performance anxiety or treating it as a casual encouter. I do really like lady and dont want to lose her because of this
