Moles in the sun
Hi,
I have quite a few moles on my arms and a bigger mole (with some hairs in it) on the back of my shoulder. In summer these aren't always covered.
I have always used factor 15 when intending to go in the sun on all my skin and moles. Is this enough to protect them?

Re: Moles in the sun
Hello,
I would suggest that you use a Factor 30 with a UVA 4-5 star rated protection symbol, this is found on the back of the pack/bottle.
Avoid going out in the mid day sun, seek shade between 11am and 3pm when its sunny and cover up with clothing are steps to take to help prevent skin cancer.
If you have alot of moles and/or concerned about any then it may be a good idea to visit your GP to have these checked.
