The lining of the womb may improve when you have gondotrophin injections for IUI, there is no published evidence that Asopirin helps. You are very young, and should give standard treatment a chance fiirst.

Hi. Don’t know about the benefits of wheat germ oil on the lining of the womb, but whatever infertility treatment is recommended for you, whether IUI/IVF etc, you will be prescribed medication to thicken the lining of your womb, so your consultant/doctor will know what the best course of treatment will be best for you. If your husband is away a lot in the Navy, then it might be possible to have some of his sperm frozen and stored for use while he is away. Something you need to discuss with your doctors. Regarding the use of soluble aspirin, it more often used to prevent clotting in the womb lining, not build the lining up. A blood test would determine if you are susceptible to clotting, and if so, appropriate medication would be prescribed.
