My Fiancee's Severe Eczema - HELP??

My financee has had eczema since he was about 14/15. He is now nearly 20... and can find NOTHING that really helps.

Steroid creams, hypnosis, anti-itch tablets (he's allergic to antihistamine), moisturizers, shampoo and bath ointments... He's tried the lot...

Does anybody have any treatments they recommend for somebody with eczema that is triggered off constantly but apparently nothing and is all over his body? Face, eyes, neck, back, legs, chest, arms, the lot.

Desperately looking for something to help calm it down!

Has he had any allergy test done? It will help to isolate certain triggers.
