E45 Intense Recovery Lotion for mild eczema
Hello!
I have had eczema all my life but it flared up when I started taking the pill. I have tried EVERYTHING this past year besides alter my diet. I would class it as medium severity, it cracks, bleeds and is sometimes so painful i cant bend arms and legs. It also keeps me awake at night. It covers large areas from my armpits to my elbows, backs of knees and some other smaller areas.
I always buy new moisturisers to see if anything works, but it never does. About 3 days ago I bought E45 Intense Recovery Moisture Control Lotion from Boots. After 4 days my eczema has cleared up almost completely on my arms and is improving greatly on my legs. I am applying it twice - three times a day and mixing it with a little bit of Hydrocortisone 1% at night.
For anyone suffering with mild eczema I really recommend it. I do not itch any more!
