Great post Shakka! My son a also had eczema herpeticum. he was 13 months when he got it the first time and then had it again at around 15 months old. James was on IV acyclovir both times. The main thing is though he was treated and is still here with us today. We have a great doctor who was at our local hospital to thank for that. He was very quick to diagnose it as eczema herpeticum which meant James got the treatment he needed quickly.
